As mentioned above, as we are not obligate to monitor the contents uploaded to the Site by the Users, we are unable to know that infringing contents are published in them if You do not contact us. We will not be responsible to such infringing contents as aforesaid in this section.

• Without derogating from any other provision contained herein, we at our sole discretion, whether or not we have received a request, may remove, delete or change any content or information uploaded to the site, without having to explain our decision. We does not represent or warrant that the services will operate at all times without disruption or interruption, will be regular, secure and error-free, and will be immune to unauthorized access to Website’s computers or to damage, breakdown, malfunction or failure.

Also, we do not guarantee that there will be no malfunctions and/or errors in the Chat Bot service which may lead to receiving incorrect information or incorrect answers. The site will not be responsible for any damage caused to the user as a result of said errors and/or malfunctions.

Jurisdiction

This Terms of Use formulate a binding agreement and shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. The jurisdiction shall be given exclusively to the courts of Tel-Aviv regarding any dispute in relation to this Terms of Use or any usage of the Website.
